VoIP services is our local call termination in our three PNG locations (Mt Hagen, Lae, Port Moresby) and our hosted IP PBX solution

PBX - A Private Branch Exchange is known as a PBX, which is an internal telephone network. A PBX exists on-premises, or you can host it from the cloud securely.
An IP PBX phone system can make and receive phone calls over the internet while maintaining analog phones throughout the office.
Backup and Disaster Recovery
Backup and disaster recovery details the solution we have where in out PNG office and Aus datacentre locations. We can host backups of our customers data and combine with our connectivity solution can provide Disaster recovery capabilities, we call this "Disaster recovery as a service" or DRaaS

DRaaS, also known as disaster recovery as a service, is the replication of hosting of physical or virtual servers by a third party to provide failover in the event of a man made or natural catastrophe.
